First Weekend in May

Today all my goals were met in the garden.  Corn, beans and potatoes planted.

Asparagus 1st year.

Oregano has seeded the path and when you walk on the little plants it smells nice.

Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Cabbage

Three newly seeded beds, 2 of corn and 1 of beans.

New potato bed.  A bed of straw with a trough of dirt planted with potatoes.

Snow Peas with my favorite magenta flowers.

Melon, cucumber, squash, sunflower and tomato starts.

The onion bed.

Carrot seedlings coming up.
Garlic sprouts.

This weekend I've got to get the potatoes and corn planted.  The corn's gotta be knee high by the Fourth of July,  And don't forget to plant your beans.  It's the start of the warm season.  Get those starts in your garden.  I'm going to wait until mid May to put the tomatoes out.  So much work to do...
